Issue:

To extract information about vehicles, you need to start by creating a new library in the vehicle Library Explorer. The required vehicle models are then dropped into the new library. The new library can then be made available or sent to other users of Autodesk Vehicle Tracking.

Causes:

A requirement to extract vehicle model data from a library in Autodesk Vehicle Tracking is addressed by creating and adding vehicles to a new library in the Vehicle Library Explorer

Solution:

Open the Vehicle Library Explorer. On the File menu, click on the New Library command and enter a name for the new library.

The empty new library will appear at the end of the list of libraries initially. Drag and drop a vehicle that you need into your new library. The new library is re-ordered alphabetically when the first vehicle is added.

You can now add further vehicle to the new library. When you have added the required vehicle models, you must save the new library. The default folder is My Documents > My Vehicle Tracking Data > Library. The files will have the extension .ATL.
